This sunday at Batu Dam on the way to Ulu Yam, will be taking part in the eco challenge and team up with Nurul, Soo Lan, Carina.. its will kayaking, trail running, abseiling and rock climbing..



Hmm with last week 42km and now recovering from the run... will start jogging tmr morning as sat its the briefing. wah didn;t know u need to bring so many barang esp for abseiling...

At last, I did it after 2 years lay off

Last 1.195km at Jalan Raja Laut in front of City Hall

2.195km left this is at Bank Negara

Wah didn't realise 10 days i didn't update the blog... as been busy with work these days and hardly do any mileage more than 10km other than hiking.

Agnes email to me and informed 2 bibs she got 42km & 21km. as 2 of her frens unable to run.. told her i wanted the 21km but need to wear skirt.. so left 42km hmmmm told her to bring to Bkt Tabur on sat and then will decide when at the peak the next day...

hmm dunno what inspiration came to me and decided to run 42km ..other than the normal hikings on weekends i give a try and see whether can complete below 6 hrs.

I targetted 5 hrs 30mins, however cross the finish line at 5hrs 45mins by them my camera hmm battery flat hope to get a pix from Kevin Chow...

In conclusion, to finish below 4hrs 30mins... need to do mileage else just enjoy the run therefore the thrill to cross the finishing line but suffer later ... hahah

Larian Hijau, this saturday at Damansara Perdana,... look like bkt tabur rescheduled as Ray informed me that i have been registered for the run.

On Sunday, there's a run at HUKM - Bandar Tun Razak for Prostate Cancer Awareness and the following week is the SCKLIM 10.

Pls. note that Orange run at the Curve will be on July 25th.

Bkt Tabur II - Ayam Ponteh

On June 6, did a relax hike to Gng Nuang with tammy and gang, joining me was Lai Kuan, Velan, Vivian, Catherine

We did up to Camp pacat as it a week after mt kk hike, so it part of recovery hike.

Last sat, was at FRIM with KC and the gang taking part in the Mt KK climbathon and also my teammates for the eco-challenge on Juy 4 at Batu dam together with friendly rival Lai Kuan..

We started from the mosque using the rover trail and then up to the canopy for 2 1/2 hrs...
its different from running, Jason commented as usual Yee Choi steadily up & down the steps as he just go back from Mt Trusmadi.

Sunday was at Cempaka Buddhist Lodge giving a talk on camping skills on the youth and also lead them to Gasing hills.... this is part of their preparation for camping trips and probably will join them in their campiong trip. This ideas came from one of the reverend and volunteers from the association to give the youth to experience camping and trekking.

This saturday, probably hike to Bkt tabur 2 with the eco teamates part of training and will have ayam ponteh (Melaka delicacies) at the peak.

Gunung Nuang in June 6, 2010.

This is part of training for Tammy & gang who will be going to Nepal in August, whilst for me, Lai Kuan, Nurul, Soo Lan & Carina, training for the coming eco challenge on July 4 at Batu dam organsied by Nomad Adventure.

The events are, kayaking, abselling, trail running and rock climbing, it a team event and must be mix gender and my team is 3 ladies and a guy.

Will start from Gng Nuang park office at 7am.
