SIM '07 & Powerman Training

This sunday 30th Sept '07, will be 1st series of training for the preparation of the SIM '07 and powerman Lumut.

As most of the runners are 1st timer, their challenges is to complete the 41.195km within 6 hrs. To assist them, the KL Penguin will be assisting them to achive their dreams.

The runners taking part in their 1st marathon are Kelvin boy, Lee, Yap, YeohSC, Siok Leng, Vin, Josie, Lai, Chooi Wan whilst the 'veterans' are SB, MC, Eric, Chong, Yan, Jason, Chin, Weng, Steven and of course the coach of the team that's me lah.

The practice run at putrajaya will start at 7am and expected to finish by 11am.

Those involved in the Powerman race in Lumut on Nov 11, will also be joining but they have to do cycling of 60km after the 1st 10km run and finish with 60km.
