It been 3 weeks since the Mt KK climbathon and pixs are ready.. been busy lately..

btw my right knee is swollen due to 3 weeks non stop starting with Mt KK Climbathon, followed by Awana Genting and Powerman. Was supposed to be in Ipoh for the 12km trail run but lutut kaput.

Tmr will be seeing dr rozman at damansara specialist hospital to check up as this week is the Duke 5km run.
