1st Simulation Powerman 2011

On Sept 4th, 1st simulation powerman training will be at Putrajaya 7.30am as part of the coming Powerman on November 2011 for the trainess under my care who will be their 1st time taking part in the event 11km run 64km bike and 10km run

To ensure the trainees to complete within 5 hrs, silmuation race will be held for 3 times as the 3rd will be time trail.

The starting time will be at 7.30am and to finish by 12.30pm
