Mt K Training 2013

This sat,. will be at Bkt Kiara, meeting Susan and gang. It will be my 1st meeting with her and dunno how she look like hahahahah. At least Shen is coming ..

Anyway Susan and friends will be joining for the end of May KK climb.

Sunday will be the lead marshal for the Malakoff Run at Bkt Kiara..

This month the kids that i train at MPSJ every sunday did well in the kids races..

2 of them Samuel and Piper got 1st at the Desa Park run and Yasmin got 5th in the Klang Run...

Will be 'relaxing' this month and start training in 2013..
