FRIM Taman Botanic Kepong

This Friday public holiday in view of Wesak Day

M organizing a hike cum trail running at FRIM Kepong. Starting at FRIM Botanic Garden Kepong via Taman Ehsan at 7am

This is for my group to Mt K next week on May 30 - June 2, 2013 and also simulation for the TMBT runners in preparation for the race on middle september 2013.

Next week 27th hike to Mt Kinabalu leading 18 pax and all are 1st time there and also is Harvest Festival.

Will be visiting the Children Homes as it part of my charity hike.
