Blog not update.... wah lioa... as busy ? no excuse.. heheh

anyway ... just updates before i tulis cerita panjang :

This week end :

July 6/7 - I be at PD for Triathlon... doing relay - bike as my kid (Piper) will run... this 12 yr old girl... got her swimming coach to do the swimming leg and me cycling and she will do the running as want to challenge with her dad and sister....

Those going for the jamboree trail run at Kuala Selangor - enjoy..

July 13th / 20th - Gunung Nuang - target Peak... Start at 7am - sharp.. at Park Office Ulu Langat (TMBT Training)

Aug 2/3 - Mossy Forest - Irau - Cameron H'lands

Aug 18th - Viper Challenge at F1 - Circuit

Probably 2nd day of Hari Raya - Gunung Nuang = start at 3pm till midnight.... (TMBT training )
