Hi All

Due to my work load and also with the PACM club activities the last 2 months been very busy

On hiking .. will resume in January 2014 as i am resting my knees

Next year will be leading 3 groups to Mt Kinabalu  in April and May 2014

This Sunday I will be at Padamg Merbok KL conducting running clinic for those who are taking part in the Mizuno Relay RUn

On Dec 20th .. Dato Steven and me are organizing feeding the homeless at Jalan Melaka KL
