F1 Nature Run 21km - S'pore

F1 Runners B'day Cake - 6 feet long

Sunday ran 21km F1 Nature Run from Mac Ritchie to Bkt Timah and back..

Its was organised by F1 Runners S;pore.

Chantelle got 8th placing in the Women Open Category .

Siok Leng, Siew Lee, Wayne, Marina & Charlene also took part in the run.

Its was a nice trail and shady most of the part till the finishing line.

I was there just to try out the nature trail in s'pore...

Sundown 100km - S'pore

All of them were in jovial mood...

Chooi Wan sms me and informed ahe got 11th place in women category, she completed

14hrs

To all runners .. enjoy the SC KLIM run this sunday and Terence and Gang for the Singapore Sundown 100km this sat....

F1 Nature Run

This sunday will be in S'pore at Mac Ritchie doing the F1 Runners Nature Run 21km with Siok Leng and Chantelle...

The 21km route will be from Mac Ritchie to Bkt Timah and back... howver on sat will be at Marina to cheers Terence and gang doing the 100km Sundown at 6pm.

Chong called me AA cheap sale .. both of us book tickets for the Sabah Adventure Trail Run on Nov 5.. got good bargain..

its 2 weeks after climbathon than 50km Sabah trail run at Kota Belud...

June 18th Saga/Apek Hills

This coming saturday, Saga/Apek Hills hike to waterfall

Will be 'Father's Day B;'fast hike' the GAP group will be meeting me at the Saga Hills waterfall
and will have b'fast there.

The GAP will start from Apek whilst me from Saga.

Time start 7am and meet at waterfall at 8am...

Last Sunday was at Bkt Tabur 1 leading the hikers training for the Mulu Pinnacles in Aug.

Most of them are 1st time to Tabur and will be good training ground.

The Pinnacles terrian is quite similar like Tabur..

This sunday bkt tabur 2, tmn melawati.
Will be leading the Mulu/Pinnacles group training for the August climb

Leng and gang will be coming, Velan & Vivian

Meeting place : BHP Station 7.15am

It will be my 5th time to Mulu Caves/Pinnacles

Look like Borneo Island is like my 2nd home..
