Come this sat. I be at G Nuang for Mt Kk climbathon training
this will be last training for at G Nuang before the race on Oct 22.
Total 45 pax will be joining me for the 25th Mt KK Climbathon 2011.

This Sat. 7.30am will be at Bt 18 ulu langat for 60km cycling and 5km run in view of the Desaru half Ironman and Powerman training.
The 60km cycle will be done within 2 hrs 30 mins where the route will be from Bt 18 to Ponsoon to Terkala and Bt 18...
total abt 10 - 15 cyclists will be there...
On sunday .. 21km - 30 km starting at Bkt Aman...
Last night, had dinner with Avtar (SAC Director) for the Sabah Trail Adventure Race this Nov.
He informed the response was encouraging and it all full ... next year more adventure races in Sabah..

On Sept 16th 3,000 kids will gather at the Metropolitan Park, Kepong for the GIANT FUN KIDS run.
Different age group and the race will start from 7.30am onwards
the kids that i train at MPSJ will be taking part and i be there to lend my support.
