Saga Hills this Sat & OCBC Ride

It will a tapering week for me in view of the Climbathon next week..

Will be at Saga Hills this sat and meet Kelly and gnag at the waterfall as they will be hiking from Apeksan..

On Sunday will be at Dataran for the OCBC ride 52km... Nik, John will be there ...

Oct 26th Deepavali... Brick training at Bt 18 Ulu Langat..... start at 7.30am..
cycle to Ponsoon ,, U turn then head to terkala and back to bt 18.. then run to ponsoon 3km and back....

Mt Kk CLimbathon 2011

Todate 43 pax will be joining me to the Mt Kk CLimbathon as this year it the 25th anniversary and also last time to Low's Peak as next the route will be from Timpihon to Mesilau....

Will be staying at Cottage Hotel Kundangsang and Tim will be there to provide the transport.

I will be in KK on Oct 20th ....
