BLESSED NEW YEAR 2016

Hi All

didn't update my bhe blog as after theVNM (Vietnam Marathon 2015) end of Sept 2015, was busy training for the Melaka Century Ride (160km)

Anyway BLESSED NEW YEAR 2016

for 2016 , MULU  Pinnacles hike will be on April 28 - May 2, 2016 and Mt Kinabalu Aug 30 - Sept 2, 2016.

For MULU Pinnacles if you keen do let me know whereas Mt Kinabalu all 25 places taken up.

January 1, 2016, will start hiking activities and it will be at Gasing Hills

7am at the Playground Gasing

On January 2, 2016. will be doing the AUDAX 225km cycling with Lai Kuan and Corrine.

The route is from Kapar Klang to Tanjong Karang to Tanjong Makim and back to Kapr Klang.

Will update more activities for 2016
