On Mar 26, 2016, 15 of the cyclists join m,e for the Goldren Ride 2016 at Bentong.
Distance 100km... but once completed it was 109km.
It was label as a fun ride, but a 110km cycle is nt a fun ride
The routs started from Bentong all the way to Raub and back... it take along the Felda estate and cut thru' the trunk road to Fraser's hills after Raub.

This coming April 9, 2016 - his Hike to Bukit Kutu otw to Fraser's Hilss.
Bukit Kutu is near Kuala Kubu Bharu
along the trunk road to Fraser's Hill.
It stand at 1,050m high, it was once a
colonial hill station called 'Treacher's Hill', It is a popular hiking place during weekends, with
beautiful views of the Titiwangsa mountain range and Kuala Kubu Bharu
dam once you reach the peak.

climb up Gunung Kutu (2-4 hours depending on individual fitness and pace) begins from an
Orang Asli village at the foothill; turn right at the signboard to
Kampung Pertak after Sungai Selangor Dam,
if coming from Kuala Kubu Bharu town.

Gunung Ansi situated in Negri Sembilan stood at 825m and it the 3rd highest Gunung in Negeri Sembilan.
Come March 12, 2016, I will be hiking there with some friends via Bukit Putus which is much easier as compared via Ulu Bendul
This hike is a preparation for Mulu Pinnacles Adventure on April 28 - May 2, 2016
The 1st part of the terrain is quite steep will take about 30mins before reaching a small hut built by the regulars. From the hut to the peak will take about 1hr 30mins to reach.
The trails is clear and lead all the way to the peak
