TMBT 2013

This weekend is TMBT 2013, i will be going and doing 100km .. anyway i will just walk and see how far i can go.

Been coaching the runners for the event and hope most of them will complete.

total 70 from pacm club will be taking part. This is my 4th year in this event.

Just hope weather will be good and a week later will lead SP group to Mt Kinabalu and it will be my 29th time.

It been a busy week for me due to work and also TMBT preparation which is next week.

This sat i will be at Saga / Apek taking the SP Setia 2nd group for training.

As i write now, Leng is at Mt Kinabalu leading the 1st group. I will be taking the 2nd group end of this month.

This training for SCKLM can come and join PACM B2B run at MARDI, it 30km LSD.

The group preparing TMBT have all geared up for the big event.

August hike

This coming sat. will be at Gng Nuang together with leng leading a group of 80 pax .
target to the peak.

This is part of the training for Mt Kinabalu for next month.

Next day will be at sepang F1 for the viper challenge - 20km obstacles race .. dunno y i getting into ahhahahah

The following saturday will be at gng rajah bentong  - for TMBT training and also those keen to explore the Chamang waterfall.

August babies at gng irau

Many thanks to Leng and Eric for the b'day cake that they brought at G irau.
Met Eric Ng at anak irau and and he handed me the cake so i carried to the peak for all the august babies
Total about 90 pax hike up to Gng Irau on aug 3, 2013.
The weather was cooling and misty throughout the day but the trail is muddy as usual.
been 3 years didn't hike Gng Irau, revisit the place is really refreshing,

Gng irau is one of my favorite gunung to hike.. so when the next hike .... will post later.

Kampung Kiau - Sabah

This weekend will be off to Sabah, and not hike to Mt Kinabalu, but home stay at Kampong Kiau

Where's is Kampong Kiau ?

90km from Kota Kinabalu , and about 8km from National Park.
Kampong Kiau are mainly the dusun tribe and most of them are Christians

Come this Sunday i will be going there with Timothy for homestay and will take pixs and also trek the trail where TMBT 2013 will pass this place.

Will be meeting Timothy this sunday at Kk Airport and upload pixs when back..
