SIM '07 & Powerman Training at Putrajaya

Hi Runners/Powerman,

This sunday... drag your feet to Palace of Justice, Putrajaya 6.45am.....
Ok guys... this is 2 part of training sessions for the SIM '07 and Powerman Lumut.

The practice run will start at 7am sharp... and timing will be recorded...

SIM '07

The run will start from palace of justice towards the picc, run round picc and made you way back towards PM office ... but u have have to made a U turn at the small fountain ie. before the bridge which takes U to the PM office

runners, you need to run minimum 25km and max 30km

Powerman

Previous yrs there are run up races toward the powerman ie MMDS however this yr no sponsor therefore is straight to the Powerman International race on Nov11, Lumut.
So those who are taking part for this powerman and to prepare for the race the
distance is 10km run 60km bike 10run for this sunday practice..
Please be cautious whem come to the junctions.....

Water station will be at the starting point (Palace of Justice)....after the run ... got fruits ya..........

Reason for starting at 7am is to acclimatise the weather and also this is part training .........

So be there at 6.45am.....

btw .. assistance coach Vivian said " Those who do not complete the mileage .. hmmm no water " hehehehhehehe

This is training people.... so that your body can be ready on the race day........ the next session will be on Oct 28th...
