Pulau Kapas & Orange Run

This weekend Ironman/Uktramarathoner Ngae and Yip will be swimming 6.5km from Pulau Kapas to the shore.

Ngae/Yip all the best for the 6.5km swim.

Back to home, this sunday at the Curve will be the BHP Orange run and its only 9km.

So guys, those who have ask me to register for them, the bibs are with me so on the race day, 7am I will be at the starting point come and get it.
