Siemens 10km - Dataran Merdeka July 6th

Been busy lately, so yesterday and today activities...
Siemens 10km run.. well organised its one of the best 10km run but its very competitive. Imagine in the men veteran , the 100 medals offered were finished and the last person who took the 100th medal came in 45mins wah lah weh... when i reach the finishing line at 47th mins the men opened still got medals. The kast 1km was really interesting as there were cheering group and drums of 3 different cultures in Malaysia leading all the way to the finishing line. We have to turn to city hall and run all the way to sogo and made turn to Jln TAR and all the way to Dataran Merdeka.

The 1st 6km i was pacing Siok Leng but the last 4km decide to push to the finishing line as i thot if i can go below 50mins there will be medal but hmmm ..

For the ladies veteran, shih ming got 8th placing where as the 1st place was halley. Siok Leng have to leave early 'cos she will be off to Langkawi Island for her work and next week she will be taking part in the Langkawi Beach Run.

Siok Bee, Dr Ray, Ray Ng, Yip, and Michelle were in Kenyir for the Triathlon... Siok Got 5th in her category, Michelle 10th, Dr Ray 12th, Yip 11th and Ray Ng.... as he sms me belakang mali hahhahaha

The next run will be the adidas KOTR on Aug 10th at Shah Alam followed by the Shape on Aug 24th.

Come July 19th, the group will be off to PD triathlon. But next week the cyclist will be off to Ipoh for the century ride.
